Nuby is an online service that uses artificial intelligence to generate social media content (carousels and short videos) from a product or service page and, if the user decides so, publishes it on their accounts. The terms of use and purchase are in the Terms of service, and data processing in the Privacy policy.

The software, design, the Nuby brand and the texts of this website belong to its owner or are used under licence. The content you generate with Nuby is yours as stated in the Terms. Third-party trademarks shown on the website belong to their owners.

Liability

The owner is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the website, technical interruptions beyond its control or the content of third-party websites linked from it.

Governing law

This website is governed by Spanish law. Disputes with consumers fall under the courts of their place of residence; in all other cases, under the courts of the owner's domicile.
